Santa Ana, CA (October 23, 2024) In a tragic turn of events, 31-year-old Ralph Marin of Santa Ana was killed by a hit-and-run driver. It happened at about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Officers were sent to Bristol Street and Park Lane, finding the victim in the roadway and the motorist on the run. They managed to find the suspect and arrest him, though it’s unclear how long that took.
The suspect was charged with a felony count of hit-and-run with permanent and serious injury and a misdemeanor count of destroying evidence.
