Santa Fe Springs, CA (January 25, 2024) – The community of Santa Fe Springs is in mourning following a tragic accident that claimed the life of Bryan Stewart on Wednesday morning. The 29-year-old victim was fatally struck by a vehicle on the on-ramp of the Santa Ana (5) Freeway, according to information from the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office.

The incident unfolded at around 5:18 a.m. when California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers responded to a call on the southbound freeway and the Florence Avenue on-ramp. Upon arrival, officers discovered Bryan Stewart at the scene, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
