Goleta, CA (November 20, 2023) – A serious pedestrian crash on Hollister Avenue in Goleta, California on Sunday, November 19th resulted in a woman being sent to the hospital with major injuries. According to local news source, Noozhawk, the accident occurred at around 9:45 a.m. at the intersection with Nectarine Avenue.
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department reports that the woman was in the roadway for unknown reasons when she was struck by a Toyota pickup truck. She sustained major injuries in the collision.

Paramedics were quickly dispatched and transported the woman to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Further details have not been made available.
