Los Angeles, CA (July 23, 2023) A deadly collision occurred around 2:48 a.m. this morning when a pickup truck and a sports car collided on the Ronald Reagan Freeway in Pacoima.
The collision trapped the sports car driver inside his vehicle. Fire fighters used hydraulic tools to free the man, only to discover he had been killed in the crash.

According to California Highway Patrol Officer, Elizabeth Kravig, the accident happened on the eastbound Ronald Reagan Freeway at the Golden State (5) Freeway. All eastbound lanes were shut down and traffic was diverted away from the area.
