FONTANA, CA (OCTOBER 9, 2023): 54-year-old James Matthew Lightner Sr. has been identified as the victim of a pedestrian hit-and-run in Fontana late last month. According to Fontana authorities, the incident occurred on September 29th at around 9:53 p.m. in the 16500 block of Arrow Boulevard.
