Van Nuys (July 17 2023) A woman was killed by a possibly impaired driver going the wrong way on a Van Nuys street. Analeyda Rivas, 22, was killed when a westbound vehicle crossed into eastbound lanes on Saticoy and hit Rivas head-on. The impact caused the vehicle to slam into a telephone pole.
