Santa Rosa, CA (August 21, 2023) A Pedestrian, age 19, was hit by a vehicle on Saturday night, receiving fatal injuries. California Highway Patrol Officer David DeRutte said it happened around 11:23 p.m. just south of Santa Rosa. The pedestrian was walking from a gas station parking lot just north of Todd Road.
