Paulding County, GA, (November 2nd, 2023) 41-year-old Micheal Anthony Morgan was arrested on Tuesday, October 31st, after he fled from a collision he caused in Paulding County, Georgia. According to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, the entire ordeal began around 6:50 a.m. on Halloween day. The deadly crash happened near Cohran Road and Mulberry Rock Road, according to authorities. Morgan drifted from his lane into opposing traffic, causing a major collision.
