The San Diego Police Department stated that the accident happened just before 10:30 p.m. on Grand Avenue in Pacific Beach. The motorcycle collision occurred at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Carnelian Street at approximately 2:17 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10th.
