Oakland, CA (March 11, 2024) A head-on collision claimed a woman’s life early Sunday morning in Oakland. It all happened on Joaquin Miller Road right around 5:00 a.m., officers reported. A red, two-door Infinity was driving south on Joaquin Miller Road as a brown, four-door Honda approached it from the north. They both met at the 3400 block and the Infinity hit the Honda head-on. It was just after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 9th, when the vehicle struck the motorcyclist and then fled the scene.
