Police officers were pursuing a suspect when they crashed into another vehicle on Emelita Street in North Hollywood, just before 1:00 p.m., officers said. El Monte, CA (April 14, 2024) A police officer was heading to a call on Thursday night in El Monte, when a drunk driver crashed into the patrol vehicle. The impact sent the patrol car crashing into Art’s Burgers on Valley Boulevard, destroying part of the building and injuring one of the employees. North Las Vegas, NV (April 13, 2024) Shock spread through the community of North Las Vegas early on Saturday morning as news spread of a fatal hit-and-run. The collision occurred on 5th Street, not far from Brooks Avenue, just after midnight, on April 13th, authorities reported. The accident occurred on Coffee Road near Brimhall Road around 10:00 p.m. on April 12th, according to reports. Lancaster, CA (April 13, 2024) Louie Martin Cervantes, 46, was struck and killed by a vehicle on Thursday night, April 11th, in Lancaster. The driver of the vehicle immediately fled the scene following the accident. It all happened just after 7:00 p.m. on Valeport Avenue, according to officers.
