Acton, CA (June 3, 2024) The community of Acton awoke to news of a traumatic, two-vehicle collision that claimed one person’s life on Saturday morning. The tragic accident took place on the 14 Freeway at Ward Road, just before 4:00 a.m. on June 1st, according to the California Highway Patrol.

It was mere minutes before 4:00 a.m. in Acton, California, as vehicles drove with their headlights shining through the darkness. As vehicles headed along the 14 Freeway, two vehicles suddenly collided.
